Camille McKinney is a (mostly) retired Executive Leadership Coach and Consultant whose lifelong mission remains unchanged: to empower women to dig deeper, trust themselves, and grow to their full potential. Over a distinguished career, Camille became known for her approachable, level-headed, and authentic connection—a style that consistently guided women to achieve their highest goals.

Passionate about elevating the impact of women in leadership, Camille channeled her own personal and professional evolution into creating a signature Self-Leadership growth model. Her six building blocks continue to serve as a powerful framework for individuals looking to explore, embody, and express their unique leadership brands.

Before launching her successful independent practice, Camille spent over 25 years as a learning and performance consulting professional in the banking and healthcare industries. Her commitment to excellence was proven early on when her leadership style resulted in back-to-back, 100% Great Place to Work employee engagement scores. Stepping out of the corporate sector allowed her to dedicate her energy to closing the gap between teaching leadership and fostering true, authentic leaders.

Today, while enjoying the freedom of retirement, Camille brings her positive, real-world perspective to select clients and projects, continuing to leverage her deep experience to help others reveal their leadership advantage in both business and life.
